- 1lb. fresh crabmeat; drained and flaked shopping list
- 1/2c. green pepper; chopped shopping list
- 1/2c. celery; chopped shopping list
- 2tbs. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1tbs. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1tbs. butter; melted shopping list
- 1-1 1/8oz. pk. Hollandaise sauce mix shopping list
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients; saute mixture in melted butter until thoroughly heated.
- Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
- Spoon crabmeat mixture over cut sides of English muffins; top with Hollandaise sauce.
