How to make it

  • Peel lime with a vegetable peeler, reserving green rind only; remove and discard pith. Cut lime into fourths, and place in a blender; add rind.
  • Cut avocado in half, and scoop pulp into blender; add 3/4 cup water, 1/4tsp. salt, 1/4tsp. pepper, cumin and next 3 ingredients. Process until sauce is smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  • Brush fish with oil, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4tsp. salt and remaining 1/4tsp. pepper.
  • Grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400F to 500F) 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve immediately with sauce.... Enjoy....
