Grilled Swordfish With Avocado Lime Sauce

- 1 lime shopping list
- 1 large avocado shopping list
- 3/4c. water shopping list
- 1/2tsp. sea salt, divided shopping list
- 1/2tsp. freshly ground pepper, divided shopping list
- 1/2tsp. ground cumin shopping list
- 1/3c. loosely packed fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, unseeded shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves shopping list
- 4(1 inch thick) swordfish steaks shopping list
- 2tsp. olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Peel lime with a vegetable peeler, reserving green rind only; remove and discard pith. Cut lime into fourths, and place in a blender; add rind.
- Cut avocado in half, and scoop pulp into blender; add 3/4 cup water, 1/4tsp. salt, 1/4tsp. pepper, cumin and next 3 ingredients. Process until sauce is smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
- Brush fish with oil, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4tsp. salt and remaining 1/4tsp. pepper.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400F to 500F) 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with sauce.... Enjoy....
