Pinwheels Ole Recipe

How to make it

• Pop open can of dough.
• Roll out into a rectangle then slice lengthwise into 2 strips (about 2-3 in. wide)
• In mixing bowl, combine veggies, meat and seasoning
• Spread about 2 tbs of refried beans onto center of strip
• place 1/4 c (or a little more depending on how much you want) in the center and spread this
• evenly 2 in. from top/bottom of dough
• place 2 slice of cheese so it is evenly 2 in from top/bottom of dough
• lightly grease a sided baking sheet with oil (about 1 Tbs)
• Roll into a 'jelly roll' and seal seam. Cut a small slit in center for escaping of steam
• Set oven to 350 degrees farenheit Bake 10-15 minutes
• until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly
• Let cool before slicing into 2-3 in. thick circles
• Plating
• Center 1/2 c. rice (mex) in the center (make a little mound)
• Place Pinwheel (s) onto rice
• Garnish with one tsp each of sour cream/guacamole on the top of pinwheels
• drizzle 1/4 c. of hot or mild salsa, over pinwheel and plate.
