How to make it

  • Clean and dry the chicken. Remove the skin if you are health conscious
  • Pour in the marinade (milk and lemon or buttermilk) See Photo
  • to make buttermilk, we just need lemon and milk together so that’s what I did! I pour in the milk and then squeeze in the lemon juice.
  • Let it marinade for several hours.
  • Cover chicken with dry ingrdients (I do it twice) See Photo
  • Fry until cook and you have a golden chicken. See Photo
  • Enjoy.
  • (keep warm in the oven to serve warm...) See Photo
  • Note: if you use a deep-fryer, it will be easier and you don’t have to turn the chicken all the time to make sure it is completely cooked.
