Poppy Seed Chicken

- 4 – 6 cups cooked chicken, diced shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream shopping list
- 1cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed shopping list
- 1 stick margarine, melted shopping list
- 2 tablespoons poppy seed shopping list
How to make it
- Line bottom of 9 X 13 X 2 – inch baking dish with cooked chicken. Add salt and pepper if needed. Combine sour cream, broth and soup. Pour over chicken. Mix crushed crackers, margarine and poppy seed. Sprinkle over all.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven until heated through, bubbly and crackers are toasty brown, about 30 minutes. (Turkey may be substituted for chicken.)
