How to make it

  • Place fresh or frozen vegetables in the bottom of a large crock pot. Place the frozen turkey breast on top (that’s right; you don’t need to thaw it- just unwrap it & put it in!)
  • Season as you like. Cover & set crock pot to LOW for at least 8 hours, or all day. You do not need to add any liquid. As the turkey thaws and cooks, it will release its own juices, as well as juices from the veggies.
  • You won’t believe when you uncover it; the aroma will be wonderful! Enjoy!
