Three Soup Chicken

- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (I use the 98% fat free soups- you can use any variety of the cream of soups) shopping list
- 1 can of cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can of water shopping list
- 1 to 2 cups of instant rice shopping list
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts- cut into pieces shopping list
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs- cut into pieces shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the soups, the rice and the water in a 2 quart casserole dish, arrange the chicken on top (I sprinkle with some seasoning salt), place in the oven pre heated to 350 degrees- bake for about 45 minutes!
