How to make it

  • Cooked the pumpkin until soft.
  • Mash it and add the flour, salt, baking powder and the eggs.
  • Heat a little oil and butter in a pan. Drop a spoonful of the mixture into the pan and fry until it's brown on both sides.
  • Put the fritters in a shallow bowl and sprinkle some of the brownsugar and cinamon over.
