Gruyere Trout Fillets

- 1 pound trout fillets shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped white onion shopping list
- 1 can mushrooms drained shopping list
- 1 large tomato diced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded gruyere shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange fish in greased baking dish in single layer.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion, mushrooms and tomato then dot with butter.
- Bake in 350 oven for 8 minutes then sprinkle with cheese and cook 3 minutes longer.
