Honey Mustard Salmon

HONEY MUSTARD SALMON This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Huddleston Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1989.
Ingredients
- 8 pound salmon butterflied and filleted shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dill shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler then grease large cookie sheet and place both pieces of fish side by side on sheet.
- Rub mustard on fish then drizzle honey over fish and sprinkle fish with spices.
- Broil 5 minutes then reduce oven heat to 400 and bake 15 minutes.
- Allow to sit 5 minutes then serve immediately.
