Bourbon Mustard Chicken

- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup bourbon shopping list
- 2 green onions thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper pound to 1/4" thickness.
- Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
- Combine brown sugar, mustard, bourbon, green onions, salt and Worcestershire stirring well.
- Brush mustard mixture evenly over both sides of chicken breast halves.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Remove chicken from marinade reserving marinade.
- Combine butter and oil in large skillet and place over medium high heat.
- Sauté chicken 4 minutes per side or until done then remove chicken to platter and keep warm.
- Drain and discard pan drippings then add reserved marinade to skillet.
- Bring to a boil stirring constantly then pour sauce over chicken.
