Warm Brandied Bananas

- 2 medium bananas 1" thick pieces shopping list
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons rum extract shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Cut large piece of aluminum foil and put bananas in center of foil.
- Sprinkle with sugar then drizzle brandy and vanilla over and dot with the butter.
- Bring two opposite sides of foil up over bananas.
- Fold edges together three times in 1/4 folds to seal.
- Fold together the remaining sides in the same way.
- Place foil package in steaming basket and steam until just warmed about 10 minutes.
