How to make it

  • Cut large piece of aluminum foil and put bananas in center of foil.
  • Sprinkle with sugar then drizzle brandy and vanilla over and dot with the butter.
  • Bring two opposite sides of foil up over bananas.
  • Fold edges together three times in 1/4 folds to seal.
  • Fold together the remaining sides in the same way.
  • Place foil package in steaming basket and steam until just warmed about 10 minutes.
