How to make it

  • Mix cookie crumbs with clarified butter and press evenly into a pie tin to form crust, freeze for 30 mins.
  • soften ice cream. Pull pie tin from freezer and fill with ice cream.
  • Ice cream should be mounded higher in the center at the tin then at the sides. Freeze till hardened (about 2-3 hours). Top with fudge topping then refreeze.
  • Cut mud pie into pieces and serve with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup.
