How to make it

  • Toast english muffins for a few minutes; basically until slightly brown and less flimsy.
  • Take them out of the toaster, and let them rest for a minute or so to cool down.
  • Spoon the tomato sauce on the english muffins until it's evenly coated on both muffins.
  • Toss grated cheese on the english muffins.
  • Put the english muffins back in the toaster oven for a few minutes, until the cheese melts and the pizza english muffin looks ready.
  • Let them rest, and then eat.
