How to make it

  • cut leftover roast in half across the grain and cut up or break up chunks of the canned beef.
  • rinse off any gravy. scrape off jellied juices for use somewhere else
  • chop celery and onion and add to cut up beef
  • stir together with mayonnaise. use a tbsp. or 2 of oil if you want to cut mayo use and keep the salad moist.
  • serve on a lettuce leaf for an easy brunch dish or make sandwiches.
