Parsley Garlic Dressing

This is one of my all-time favourite dressings. Great with green salad and mixed veggies.
Ingredients
- 3 c fresh parsley (about 1 bunch. Frankly, I never measure. I just use the bunch.) shopping list
- 1/4 c tamari shopping list
- 1/2 c lemon juice (approx 2-2 1/2 lemons) shopping list
- 2/3 c canola or sesame oil (I always do about a third of this sesame and the rest canola) shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Blend it all up. Keeps in the fridge for a week.
