How to make it

  • Preparation:
  • Marinate prawns in the wine, pepper and sugar for ½ hour.
  • Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Add garlic and ginger until they start to colour.
  • Cook prawns partially, and then add Brussels sprouts. Cook Brussels sprouts just enough so that they are still crunchy.
  • Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and spring onions, Toss for a few seconds.
  • Serve immediately on a bed of rice.
