Brussel sprouts and prawn stir fry

- Ingredients: shopping list
- • 220g raw prawns shopping list
- • Shaoxin rice wine shopping list
- • Sprinkle of white pepper shopping list
- • ½ tsp sugar shopping list
- • 2 tbls vegetable oil shopping list
- • 25g fresh ginger chopped shopping list
- • 2 cloves garlic chopped shopping list
- • 7 Brussels sprouts shredded shopping list
- • 1 tsp fish sauce shopping list
- • 1 tbls oyster sauce shopping list
- • Sprinkle of sesame oil shopping list
- • 3 spring onions cut into 30 mm batons shopping list
How to make it
- Preparation:
- Marinate prawns in the wine, pepper and sugar for ½ hour.
- Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Add garlic and ginger until they start to colour.
- Cook prawns partially, and then add Brussels sprouts. Cook Brussels sprouts just enough so that they are still crunchy.
- Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and spring onions, Toss for a few seconds.
- Serve immediately on a bed of rice.
