How to make it

  • First take a large bowl full of water and soak barley overight. Don't drain.
  • Then in a pan over medium flame, simmer barley, for approx. an hour.
  • Next you can add in the sugar, raspberries, and raisins over low flame for approx. 30 min.
  • Now add in the cherries and cook on low for another 15 min.
  • Once this thickenes, put in the refrigerator until chilled!
