Berry Soup

- 1 (10 oz.) package of frozen raspberries shopping list
- 1/2 c. of raisins shopping list
- 1 c. of pitted cherries shopping list
- 1/2 c. of barley shopping list
- 6 c. of water shopping list
- 1/2 c. of white sugar shopping list
How to make it
- First take a large bowl full of water and soak barley overight. Don't drain.
- Then in a pan over medium flame, simmer barley, for approx. an hour.
- Next you can add in the sugar, raspberries, and raisins over low flame for approx. 30 min.
- Now add in the cherries and cook on low for another 15 min.
- Once this thickenes, put in the refrigerator until chilled!
