Roasted Plums with rum raisins and cream

- Fresh plums 1 half plum per person shopping list
- raisins (as many as desired) shopping list
- rum (enough to soak the raisins) shopping list
- dark brown sugar shopping list
- whipping cream shopping list
- Snikerdoodle cookies or other comparable type shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-Soak raisins in rum for at least an hour before preparation of plums
- Pre-heat over to 425 F
- Slice plums in half and remove pits
- Place plums on baking sheet
- Sprinkle (liberally) each plum half with brown sugar
- Pour rum and raisins over each plum (liberally)
- Place in over
- Roast for 4-5 minutes dependeing on ripeness of the plums (more ripe take less time, less ripe take more time)
- While roasting mix the whip[ping cream per direction
- Serve hot with whipped cream and a cookie
