How to make it

  • Pre-Soak raisins in rum for at least an hour before preparation of plums
  • Pre-heat over to 425 F
  • Slice plums in half and remove pits
  • Place plums on baking sheet
  • Sprinkle (liberally) each plum half with brown sugar
  • Pour rum and raisins over each plum (liberally)
  • Place in over
  • Roast for 4-5 minutes dependeing on ripeness of the plums (more ripe take less time, less ripe take more time)
  • While roasting mix the whip[ping cream per direction
  • Serve hot with whipped cream and a cookie
