How to make it

  • Butter bread on both sides and line bottom of 9x13 pan or 2 9x9x8
  • beat eggs and milk
  • add pepper and garlic
  • pour over bread (the bread may float to the top, that's ok)
  • add mushrooms
  • add cheese
  • add cooked sausage
  • add cooked bacon
  • cover and place in fridge overnight
  • bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour
  • let set for about 10 minutes before serving
  • Enjoy, and remember, this is your own creation so don't be afraid to experiement on this one, you can't go wrong.
