Pack A Punch Taco Soup

- 2 pounds ground round shopping list
- 2 cups diced white onions shopping list
- 2 cans pinto beans shopping list
- 1 can pink kidney beans shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained shopping list
- 1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can tomatoes with green chilies shopping list
- 2 cans diced green chilies shopping list
- 1 can black olives drained and sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup green olives sliced shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 package ranch salad dressing mix shopping list
- corn chips for serving shopping list
- sour cream for garnish shopping list
- Grated cheese for garnish shopping list
- Chopped green onions for garnish shopping list
- pickled jalapenos for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef and onions in a large skillet then drain off excess fat and transfer to a crock pot. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, green chilies, olives and seasonings
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Place corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over chips
- Top with cream, cheese, onions and jalapenos
