How to make it

  • Coat chicken in salt, pepper and oregano
  • Lightly brown chicken in olive oil over med/high heat
  • Add jar of Kalmata olives with juice
  • Add Feta cheese
  • Toss
  • Add broth, wine and Lemon juice
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add tomatoes
  • Cover on low heat until chicken is done, 25-30min
  • serve with sauce over rice
