- 200G butter melted shopping list
- 400G dark chocolate melted shopping list
- 200G plain flour shopping list
- 14eggs shopping list
- 300G sugar caster shopping list
How to make it
- make a sabayon with 14 room temp eggs
- add butter and chocolate together ….then fold in flour using your hands i usually use gloves its just better than using a spatula or plastic scraper
- select a small ramekin /souffle dish grease and flour the inner you can also use chocolate cake crumbs
- pipe the mixture halfway into greased and floured ramekins bake at 180oc for 12-4 minutes trial and error with the timing
- take out from oven and with a knife loosen around the edges and turn out onto a plate when you cut into it the chocolate sauce should pour out
