Tilapia Salad

- 1 pound fresh or frozen tilapia fillets shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2/3 cup honey mustard salad dressing shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil shopping list
- 5 ounce package baby spinach and red leaf lettuce or shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw fish if frozen then rinse and pat dry with paper towels and cut into serving size pieces.
- In a shallow bowl combine flour, sesame seeds and pepper.
- Transfer 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing to a small bowl.
- Brush all sides of the fish pieces with 2 tablespoons salad dressing.
- Firmly press both sides of each fish piece into sesame mixture.
- In a skillet heat oil over medium heat.
- Cook coated fish in hot oil 6 minutes turning once.
- Divide spinach mixture among 4 dinner plates then top each with a fish piece.
- Drizzle with the remaining salad dressing and serve immediately.
