How to make it

  • Cut tops off of strawberries and with cut side down slice them into 4-5 slices.
  • Cut banana in half lengthwise, then into pieces
  • Place some yogurt into bottom of glass
  • Place some of the strawberries and bananas in a layer on the yogurt
  • Sprinkle 1/2 the lemon juice over this layer
  • Layer more yogurt over the fruit
  • And then layer the remaining fruit and sprinkle remaining lemon juice over the fruit
  • Add the last of the yogurt
  • Sprinkle the granola bar over the yogurt
  • (You may serve immediately or chill about 10 mins then serve)
