How to make it

  • Preheat Oven to 300
  • Combine Duck,Garlic,Rosemary,and Shallots in a deep oven safe half pan. Cover ingredients with fat then cover pan with foil. Place in oven and roast for 3 hours or until duck falls from bone.
  • *NOTE*
  • DUCK FAT WILL BE UNBELIEVABLY HOT WHEN FIRST REMOVED FROM OVEN! LET COOL FOR FORTY FIVE MIN!
  • *NOTE*
  • You can reuse the fat for your next batch!

    ummm i really wanna do this, but is there a substatute for the duck fat, i have no idea where to find that....im in PA
