Popcorn Cake

- 8 cups dry-popped popcorn shopping list
- 4 oz chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanuts, broken in half shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, smooth with no additives (Maranatha brand) shopping list
- 5 oz miniature marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- Line an angel food-cake pan with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, combine popcorn, chocolate chips and peanuts. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in peanut butter and marshmallows. Keep stirring continually until every marshmallow has melted.
- Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn mixture as you gently stir the popcorn, so that it is well coated.
- Pack mixture into prepared pan, pressing down firmly. Let it cool completely. Then remove from pan and cut into slices to serve.
