How to make it

  • Clean and cut broccoli florets into bite size or smaller.
  • Soak into really cold water to keep it crunchy and set aside.
  • cut grapes into half (lenghtwise)
  • Cut bacon into pieces. (I usually snip it with scissors)
  • Drain the broccoli well, with clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
  • Add all ingredients in a bowl
  • Toast it with the dressing:
  • Keep it refrigerated before serving.
  • For the dressing:
  • Mix all the dressing ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved
  • and pour into the prepared salad.
