- 15 leg piece frying chicken shopping list
- 2 cups of flour shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 roll out a ritz cracker box shopping list
- 1/2 seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/2 Chile powder shopping list
- 1/3 black pepper shopping list
- 3 TBL spoons of garlic salt shopping list
- 2 TBL spoons of onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- in a frying pan poor oil and let it get boiling ready
- smash/crumble the crackers in a mixing bowl
- add all dry ingredients together in the mixing bowl
- in a separate bowl crack and open the eggs, stir well
- rinse and pat dry your chicken
- dunk and cover/roll chicken to layer in the egg mixture
- put about repeat step 6 and you can put about 6 at a time in the frying pan
- let in fry about 5 min with lid on then turn over and keep turing over every five minutes with lid on each time.
- once you turned the chicken at least 3 times on each side and it's all dark golden brown then pat dry to take off excessive oil.
