How to make it

  • in a frying pan poor oil and let it get boiling ready
  • smash/crumble the crackers in a mixing bowl
  • add all dry ingredients together in the mixing bowl
  • in a separate bowl crack and open the eggs, stir well
  • rinse and pat dry your chicken
  • dunk and cover/roll chicken to layer in the egg mixture
  • put about repeat step 6 and you can put about 6 at a time in the frying pan
  • let in fry about 5 min with lid on then turn over and keep turing over every five minutes with lid on each time.
  • once you turned the chicken at least 3 times on each side and it's all dark golden brown then pat dry to take off excessive oil.
