How to make it

  • Prehat the olive oil and add finely chopped onion. After 5 minutes add the peppers baked chopped. Keep stirring 5 minutes on fire, then add the moshrooms,tomatos pasta ,basil, salt and pepper. Keep on fire until the moshrooms soften. Meanwhile , cook pasta and then toppled them over the sauce. Mix them and put the parmesan on the top.
