How to make it

  • In a dish, mix canola, soy sauce,honey, mustard and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • Add salmon and turn to coat.
  • Put lima beans and garlic in pan with olive oil, remaining lemon juice, zest and chili flakes.
  • Set aside.
  • Tip damp spinach into dry frying pan and stir over low heat until wilted
  • Drain and set aside
  • Gently hear beans.
  • Heat frying pan until hot.
  • Cook salmon on both sides until just firm and pink.
  • Add tomatoes at the last moment.
  • Roughly crush beans with fork and stir in spinach and seasoning.
  • Divide among 4 plates.
  • Serve immediately.
