Hot Or Cold Tuna Snacks

- 6oz. water packed chunk light tuna, well drained shopping list
- 4oz. reduced-fat cream cheese shopping list
- 1tbs. minced onion shopping list
- 1tbs. chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/2tsp. dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 18 slices seedless cucumber shopping list
- 18 capers, rinsed and drained, is optional shopping list
How to make it
- Combine tuna, cream cheese, onion, parsley, oregano and pepper in medium bowl.
- Mound about 1 tablespoon tuna mixture (enough to completely cover) over top of each cucumber slice. If serving cold, garnish with capers, and serve.
- To serve hot, preheat oven to 500F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place snacks on prepared baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until tops are puffed and brown. Remove from oven and transfer to serving plate. Garnish with capers, and serve.
