Fondue Meat Globes

- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry breadcumbs shopping list
- 2 tbsp. beer or applejuice shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 2 cups vegetable oil (or peanut oil best) shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- FROTHY BATTER: shopping list
- 1 cup biscuit mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup beer or apple juice shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- mustard SAUCE: shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonase shopping list
- 2 tbsp.prepared mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp. onion finely chopped onion shopping list
- HORSERADISH SAUCE: shopping list
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp. horseradish shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare both the mustard and horseradish sauce,mix ingrediants togeter for each one and refrigerate until serving time.
- PREPARE MEAT GLOBES:
- Mix beef,egg,breadcrumbs,beer,garlic salt.
- shape into 3/4 inch meatballs.
- prepare frothy batter:
- Mix all ingredients with a fork.(batter will be slightly lumpy)
- heat oil and butter in a metal Fondue pot to 375 degrees.
- Spear meat-globes with a fondue fork,dip in batter,and cook in the hot oil till done to taste about 2 minutes.
- serve with the two sauces.
