How to make it

  • Prepare both the mustard and horseradish sauce,mix ingrediants togeter for each one and refrigerate until serving time.
  • Mix beef,egg,breadcrumbs,beer,garlic salt.
  • shape into 3/4 inch meatballs.
  • prepare frothy batter:
  • Mix all ingredients with a fork.(batter will be slightly lumpy)
  • heat oil and butter in a metal Fondue pot to 375 degrees.
  • Spear meat-globes with a fondue fork,dip in batter,and cook in the hot oil till done to taste about 2 minutes.
  • serve with the two sauces.
