How to make it

  • Flour the rabbit pieces in a bag with flour, salt, garlic and pepper.
  • Brown slowly in shortening.
  • Combine sherry, thyme, seasoning salt, green pepper, and celery.
  • Mix well and pour over rabbit and cover immediately.
  • Bring to boil then simmer antil tender on range top.
  • Or bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
