Ingredients

How to make it

  • Lightly brown minced garlic in oil in med size sauce pan.
  • Stir in can of Great Northern Beans undrained.
  • Stir in tomato sauce.
  • Add seasonings and simmer for 20 minutes on low.
  • Boil Ditalini pasta to aldenta and strain. (8 minutes)
  • Place pasta in bowl and ladle sauce over pasta. (Do not mix pasta and sauce together as the pasta will soak up all the sauce. Ladle sauce for each dish.)
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Red Peppers.
  • Serve with Fresh Bread and Dry Red Wine.
  • Delicious!!!
