How to make it

  • Prepare a graham cracker crust and bake 10 mins
  • Make filling by combining cheeses and sugar in bowl wirth paddle attachmenat and beat low speed until smooth
  • Blend in flour a little at a time
  • Add eggs one at at a time and blend smooth
  • Add lemon juice
  • Pour filling into cooled baked crust
  • Smooth top of filling
  • Bake in a preheated 325F oven until edges slightly cracked and filling jiggles in center about 30 to 40 minutes
  • Remove from oven, cool completely and chill well until ready to serve
  • Make topping;
  • Place ingredients (except last 2 cups of fresh cherries ) in a saucepan and heat ove4 medium heat till cherries releases their juices
  • Cook and stir about 20 mins or until mixture has a thickeness of maple syrup
  • Set aside to cool
  • When cool fold in remaining 2 cups of cherries
  • Chill before serving
  • To serve: put cheesecake on platter and cover entire cake with cherry topping just before serving
  • Beautiful to look at, delcious to eat !
