Orange tomato salad

Just an easy salad i made with the ingredients that were available at the time.
Ingredients
- 2 small tomatoes shopping list
- 1 medium carrot shopping list
- 1 orange shopping list
- Some coriander leaves shopping list
- For the dressing: shopping list
- 1 tbsp mustard oil/olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 1 tsp green chilly sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp soya sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp red pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Cut tomatoes , carrot and orange into small pieces(remove seeds and outer skin of the orange first) .
- Just mix all the ingredients for the dressing together and pour over the salad ingredients.
- Sprinkle some coriander and mix well.
