How to make it

  • Wipe mushrooms clean and cut into halves.
  • Halve and seed peppers, and cut one half of each pepper into strips. (feel free to use all the pepper if you want!)
  • Cut onion into 8 wedges.
  • Put vegetables, garlic and salad dressing into ziploc bag, toss to coat, and place in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  • Strain vegetables and stir fry in hot wok or skillet about 15-20 minutes.
