- 4 beef tenderloins, pounded thin shopping list
- Dijon mustard shopping list
- 4 pickle spears (I usually use Claussen, they're the best!) shopping list
- 1 pkg onion soup mix shopping list
- 3 c. water shopping list
- 2 tsp oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Season one side of meat with salt and pepper
- Spread each seasoned tenderloin generously with mustard, add one pickle spear, roll and tie tightly with butchers string or skewer.
- Brown beef rolls lightly in oil then place in baking pan.
- Stir together soup mix and water, pour over beef rolls.
- Bake for 30 mins or until done, basting every so often with soup.
