How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Season one side of meat with salt and pepper
  • Spread each seasoned tenderloin generously with mustard, add one pickle spear, roll and tie tightly with butchers string or skewer.
  • Brown beef rolls lightly in oil then place in baking pan.
  • Stir together soup mix and water, pour over beef rolls.
  • Bake for 30 mins or until done, basting every so often with soup.
