Rich and creamy Butternut soup

- 1 large butter nut peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 medium onions chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped shopping list
- 250 ml sour cream shopping list
- 500 ml cream shopping list
- 500ml chicken stock shopping list
- 10ml fine cumin shopping list
- 10 ml fine cinnamon shopping list
- 3 sprigs of rosemary shopping list
- 4 bay leafs shopping list
- dash of olive oil shopping list
- knob of butter shopping list
How to make it
- Oven grill the butternut, rosemary and bay leafs with a dash of olive oil for about 30 minutes
- Meanwhile fry onions and garlic in butter till nice and soft in a large pot
- Add the cumin and cinnamon
- Take butternut out of oven tray and mix with onion mixture
- Through in the cream and stock and cook for about an hour
- When butternut is nice and soft liquidize with hand blender till nice and smooth
- Add sour cream and stir trough
- Serve with nice fresh bread
