How to make it

  • Oven grill the butternut, rosemary and bay leafs with a dash of olive oil for about 30 minutes
  • Meanwhile fry onions and garlic in butter till nice and soft in a large pot
  • Add the cumin and cinnamon
  • Take butternut out of oven tray and mix with onion mixture
  • Through in the cream and stock and cook for about an hour
  • When butternut is nice and soft liquidize with hand blender till nice and smooth
  • Add sour cream and stir trough
  • Serve with nice fresh bread
