Little Sensory Brain Helper Smoothie

- 4 frozen strawberriess shopping list
- 1/2 sliced small banana shopping list
- 1/4 c frozen blueberries shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Udo's DHA 3-6-9 oil shopping list
- 6 drops Vitamin E oil shopping list
- 1 probiotic capsule or 1 tsp probiotic powder shopping list
- 1 crushed vit B6 tablet shopping list
- 1 Tbsp liquid calcium/magnesium supplement (if dairy free) shopping list
- 3-4 oz orange juice shopping list
How to make it
- Puree all ingredients in a drink mixer
- Drink it anytime but first thing in the morning is best.
- One serving can be split between 2 small children, or you can freeze into popsicles (1 serving makes 4 popsicles). In a few days you should notice they are calmer, argue less, are less reactive, and less easily frustrated.
