How to make it

  • dice chicken and place in a shallow baking dish.
  • Cover with sweet and sour sauce.
  • bake at 350 until cooked and tender (about 20 minutes)
  • Put rice and water in a sauce pan, bring to boil. cover and reduce heat to low and let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Heat mixed veggies in microwave.
  • when all are done, mix together and season to taste with ginger, Chinese 5 spice and orange peel.
