How to make it

  • Slice the pepperoni into 1/8" rounds. Fry in a saute pan or deep frying pan. ( Cook on low as this stuff tends to smoke!)
  • Add the herbs and the onions and cook until soft.
  • Add the tomato puree and tomatos mix and cook.
  • Once tomatos warmed and reduced sauce appears thickened add to cooked pasta and serve. Enjoy!
