Blueberry pie

- Pastry for a 2 crust 9 inch pie shopping list
- 2 pints blueberries shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Roll about half the pastry to fit a 9 inch pie pan.
- Line pan and fill with blueberries.
- Combine sugar and Flour together. Sprinkle over blueberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
- Roll out remaining pastry and cut a few gashes to allow steam to escape. Adjust on top, turn edges under, press together and flute.
- Bake in oven for 45 mins or until crust is brown.
