How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Roll about half the pastry to fit a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Line pan and fill with blueberries.
  • Combine sugar and Flour together. Sprinkle over blueberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
  • Roll out remaining pastry and cut a few gashes to allow steam to escape. Adjust on top, turn edges under, press together and flute.
  • Bake in oven for 45 mins or until crust is brown.
