How to make it

  • 1.spread creme cheese on to the open jalapeno shells like a bowl
  • 2.cover the exposed creme cheese with the bacon and hold with toothpicks
  • put on grill high to medium high heat jalapenos side down for 3 min
  • reduce heat to medium and flip to expose the bacon to the flame for 3 min or until obviously cooked, do not burn the bacon.
  • put on tray and serve with toothpicks.
