Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup apricot nectar shopping list
- 1 cup apricots (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
- Add 1/4 cup of the nectar and mis thoroughly. Stir in rest of nectar and cook, stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Chill.
- Optional. Add 1 cup drained apricots.
