How to make it

  • In a heavy sauce pan mix cornstarch with a little bit of the milk.
  • Add remaining milk, salt and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
  • Stir in chocolate. Fold in egg whites and cook 1 minute longer.
  • Pour into bowl or individual size bowls and chill.
  • Serve with whipped cream on top.
