How to make it

  • Cook fish sticks as directed on package. Cut unpared cucumber into 1 inch pieces. Chop in blender; drain thoroughly. Stir cucumber and seasonings into yogurt. Serve sauce with fish sticks.
  • Fish Sticks with Cocktail Sauce: Substitute mixture of 1/2 cup catsup, 2 to 3 teaspoons horseradish and 2 tablespoons lemon juice for the cucumber sauce.

    I am not a big fan of fish sticks. It seem like I had to eat them every Friday and even more during Lent when I was a kid but I just might have to give this a try. 5 forks
