How to make it

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, fairly uniform in size.
  • In a deep bowl or measuring cup, beat the egg with the milk. Stir in the garlic-ginger paste.
  • In a 2nd deep bowl, combine the dry ginger, sesame and sunflower seeds and the combination w/sesame seeds seasoning.
  • Prep the baking dish 9 X13 INCH with Pam. Throw 1/3 of the chix pieces into the egg mix. and then into the sesame/sunflower seed combo. Spread in a single layer in the baking pan. Continue with the next 3rd , and when all 3 groups are in the baking pan, bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 10 minutes, and 390-400 * F As browning is noticed around the edges, flip the chicken bites over. Cook until almost brown.
