Phillipine Kurma Beef

- 1 kg. beef cubes shopping list
- 3 cups heavy coconut cream shopping list
- 3 cups coconut milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 2 cups tomato sauce shopping list
- 5 small sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemon grass, chopped shopping list
- 1 onion sliced shopping list
- 1 garlic clove chopped shopping list
- chili powder, optional to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and garlic in some oil.
- Add and stir fry beef cubes to brown
- Add coconut milk and lemon grass.
- Cookl for 30 mins, low bubble till meat is partially tender and sauce gets thickened
- Add and stir in peanut butter, tomato sauce, coconut cream and sweet potato.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook and stir until potatoes and beef are fully tender and sauce thickened
- Add chili powder if you wish
- serve over java rice/yellow rice
